Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Landon James purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

A $7 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before submitting your return. Landon James will cover return shipping for approved issues of this type.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Please submit a return request for the original item and contact us regarding availability of the replacement size. Because inventory can be limited, we cannot guarantee that a replacement size will remain available.
